These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Hanna Group website, software platforms, and services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing or using the Services, including completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Hanna Group provides subscription-based software services and consulting services. Services may include SaaS products, consulting, implementation, and advisory services related to business systems and automation. Hanna Group does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
Access to Hanna Group software is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription access remains active only while the subscription is in good standing.
Features, limits, and access levels are determined by the plan selected at checkout.
Certain plans include consulting, implementation, or advisory services.
Consulting and implementation services require timely participation, accurate information, system access, and decision-making by the client. These services do not replace internal ownership, management responsibility, or operational execution.
Hanna Group does not guarantee:
Revenue growth
Lead volume
Profitability
Performance of automations beyond documented scope
Specific operational or financial outcomes
Results depend on factors outside Hanna Group’s control, including execution, decision-making, and market conditions.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Participate in onboarding, reviews, and approvals
Assign internal ownership when required
Follow documented processes and recommendations
Hanna Group is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete information, lack of access, or client non-responsiveness.
Services are billed on a subscription basis, monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until cancellation.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and for any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
If a payment fails, access to Services may be suspended until payment is resolved.
All SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through account management or by contacting Hanna Group through the website. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds or credits for unused time.
Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
This applies to all plans, including Halo, Axis, and Axis + AI.
Fees for consulting, implementation, or advisory services are non-refundable once services begin.
Work performed, strategy delivered, and system configurations cannot be reversed. Refunds are not issued based on outcomes, performance, or expectations.
Payments for annual or prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.
Early cancellation does not result in a refund or credit. Access remains available through the paid term.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of Services while the matter is reviewed.
Repeated or abusive disputes may result in termination.
All materials provided by Hanna Group, including frameworks, documentation, SOPs, templates, training materials, workflows, and strategic assets, remain the intellectual property of Hanna Group unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Materials may be used internally by the client but may not be copied, distributed, resold, or repurposed without prior written consent.
Hanna Group applies reasonable safeguards to protect client data but does not guarantee data security.
No system is fully secure. Clients are responsible for managing internal access, credentials, and permissions.
Hanna Group is not responsible for data breaches caused by client-side actions or third-party platform failures outside its control.

Certain Services may include automation or AI-supported workflows.
Automation and AI are intended to support efficiency and consistency and do not replace human judgment. Automated systems may produce errors and require oversight.
Hanna Group is not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse, misconfiguration, or overreliance on automation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanna Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid to Hanna Group in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Services are used at the client’s own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanna Group from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Misuse of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Business operations, representations, or client interactions
Hanna Group may suspend or terminate access to Services if:
These Terms are violated
Payment obligations are not met
Use of Services creates operational, security, or ethical risk
Client behavior materially disrupts service delivery or system stability
Termination does not relieve payment obligations already incurred.
Hanna Group may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
